12. Properties & Rent

This is my favourite part. So, after you invested in shares for years and accumulated wealth from profits and dividends, what is the next step? Buy properties of course! As many as you can and rent it out! Well, realistically you can buy 1 condo. This is Singapore, do you know how expensive are Condos? No loans allowed by the way. Buying a condo with cold hard cash will be an achievement by itself. But once you purchased your condo and found a tenant to rent it out to, it becomes a constant flow of rental income, just by ownership. And it is Halal! Yay!
